Leadership

Our highly trained and experienced team of engineers and support personnel is lead by the following members:

William Bracken, PE, StS2, is the President and Principal Engineer of Bracken Engineering. He is the founder of the Bracken Engineering Response Team as well as lead Structural Specialist and Subject Matter Expert for the State of Florida. He has participated in ERT hurricane, tornado, fire, vehicle impact, explosions and collapse responses.

Phillip Hinton is the Vice President of Bracken Engineering and the Administration Coordinator for the Engineering Response Team. His responsibilities include the managment of the ERT program as well as the logistics and support of operations during ERT deployments. His ERT experience includes multiple hurricane, tornado and collapse responses.

Blake Tuomy, PE, StS2, is a Project Engineer with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team. He is currently a Structural Specialist with Florida Task Force 3. His ERT experience includes fire, vehicle impact responses, and multiple hurricanes.

Jose Busquets, EI, StS1, is a Project Engineer with Bracken Engineering and a Field Engineer of the Engineering Response Team. He is currently a Structural Specialist with Florida Task Force 3. His ERT experience includes tornado, fire, vehicle impact responses, and multiple hurricanes.

Stephen Towne, RRC, StS1, is a Project Manager with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team. He is currently a Structural Specialist with Florida Task Force 3. His ERT experience includes tornado, fire, vehicle impact and multiple hurricane responses.

Robert DeLoach, StS1, is a Building Inspector with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team. He is currently a Structural Specialist with Florida Task Force 3. His ERT experience includes tornado, fire, vehicle impact responses, and multiple hurricanes.

Matthew Depin, EI is a Project Engineer with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team. His ERT experience includes multiple hurricane responses.

Robin Girard, EI is a Project Engineer with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team.

Robert "Bobby" Welsh, EI is a Project Engineer with Bracken Engineering and a member of the Engineering Response Team.
